Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The Olivastra Seggianese represents the region’s most ancient and significant genetic heritage in olive cultivation. Nestled among our vegetable gardens, we tend to a century-old grove of approximately 100 Olivastra Seggianese trees, some of which stand as living witnesses to over 200 years of agricultural history. From these trees, we produce an exceptionally delicate and smooth extra virgin olive oil, characterized by gentle, enveloping flavors with subtle sweetness. This oil is particularly well-suited for those who appreciate light, refined cuisine without overpowering spice—a perfect expression of elegance and balance.
