Tasting notes
A Rosso di Montalcino aged in a way closer to that of Brunello. The main difference lies in the grape selection. Keeping the wine in the cellar for several years, between big oak casks and concrete, allows us to release a more complete wine. Depth and ease of drinking come together beautifully with an inviting nose, marked by ripe fruit and gentle spice notes.
