Warm days and cold nights: the perfect temperature range for the formation of aromas. Little or no water stress, only in June and July, after it has been raining at the right moment. The grapes were harvested between late August and the 8th of October and they tasted fantastic. I believe that this year will go down in history. And the icing on the cake was to inaugurate the new Golden Cellar with so wonderful grapes: a sign of good auspice.
