Tasting notes

Bonsai 2024 is a wine with an elegant and defined profile. Typical nose of a Sangiovese fresh and intriguing, characterized by notes of small red fruits bound by an elegant minerality. The palate is enveloping and vertical, creamy tannins, without roughnesses, but that accompany the gulp, leaving a persistent length.
