Tasting notes
The wine presents a delicate and luminous profile. For this vintage, we opted for a direct press to preserve the utmost purity of the fruit, followed by 12 months of aging in concrete and terracotta jars. This maturation lends the wine a refined verticality and a vibrant mineral texture, while keeping the floral and citrus aromas crystalline and expressive.
